Maintenance methods of silk clothes

Don't sleep on mats, cane chairs and boards. Because the silk fiber is relatively thin and can not withstand excessive friction, it is better not to scratch on one's clothes. As the long fiber holding force of silk fabric is not as good as that of other blended fiber fabrics, it is easy to cause silk merging due to the influence of external force, which is also called arranging silk and wrapping silk. Do not spray deodorant or perfume, do not place camphor pills.
Because these are chemical clothes, easy to damage silk, especially white silk, such as touching these will make the fabric yellow. When wearing silk skirt and trousers, special attention should be paid not to ride a bicycle, so as to prevent severe friction between the fabric and the seat cushion, resulting in turning over and displacement. It is not suitable to wear silk clothes when sweating a lot.

3. Ironing silk garments
When ironing silk garments, the wrinkle resistance of silk garments is slightly worse than that of chemical fibers, so it is said that "wrinkle free is not real silk". If the clothes are wrinkled after washing, they need ironing to be crisp, elegant and beautiful. When ironing, air the clothes to 70% dry, spray water evenly, and wait for 3-5 minutes to iron again. The ironing temperature should be controlled between 130 ℃ and 140 ℃. The iron should not touch the silk surface directly to avoid aurora. It must be covered with a layer of wet cloth before ironing, in order to prevent the silk from embrittlement or even scorching due to high temperature. Note that ironing should not be high temperature, not direct ironing.
