1. Flocking machine assembly line flocking

2. Spray flocking
After the power is connected, tens of thousands of volts of high-voltage static electricity generated by the flocking machine is output to the industrial nozzle. The fluff in the nozzle carries a negative charge, and then the adhesive is sprayed on the surface of the plant. The moving nozzle is close to the flocked object. Under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the pile rises from the nozzle to the surface of the flocked object, and is vertically planted on the surface of the object coated with adhesive.
3. Box flocking
The flocking box is made according to the size and shape of the product to be flocked. The pile is placed in the box and connected with the power supply. In this way, a high-voltage electric field is formed in the flocking box. The flocked products are sent into the box from one end of the flocking box. After three to five seconds of flocking, the flocking product is moved out from the other end of the box, and the finished product is dried or dried.
Clean use of flocking
The cloth can only be cleaned with water-based detergent. The method is to apply a small amount of detergent on the contaminated cloth, wait for 2-3 minutes, gently rub it from inside to outside in a circular way until the stain is removed, and let it dry naturally. Do not use a hair dryer, and brush the hair with a soft bristle brush after it is dry. Basic cleaning steps:
1. After any liquid splashes on the fluff, dry the velvet surface with a clean soft white cloth.

3. Use 95% hot water and 5% soap solution (mild detergent, no bleaching or brightening ingredients), then dip the solution with a cloth, and rub the soiled part gently from the inside to the outside.
